Firstsource is hiring for its sky Q(Broadband) international voice process. We are conducting virtual and walk-in interviews on weekdays. if you have excellent communication skills in English and are looking for a career in customer support, its a great opportunity for both freshers and experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers to resolve queries, provide information, or offer support.

Issue Resolution: Understand customer concerns and offer accurate solutions by following standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Product/Service Support: Guide customers regarding products, services, order tracking, billing, technical troubleshooting, or account-related queries.

Data Entry: Accurately document call details, customer interactions, and resolutions in the CRM or ticketing system.

Escalation Handling: Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department while ensuring the customer is informed throughout the process.

Call Quality: Maintain high standards of call quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction in every interaction.

Adherence to KPIs: Meet performance metrics such as Average Handling Time (AHT), First Call Resolution (FCR), and Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT).

Shift Flexibility: Work in rotational shifts (including night shifts) depending on client location and time zones (e.g., US, UK, or Australia).
