1 year of experience into Internal Voice Process is mandatory

Need to have experience on B2C, Billing & Sales

Experience with dealing billing queries, upgradation of devices.

Excellent Communication in English.

Minimum 11 months of Experience is required in International Voice ( Inbound Calling only ) on Paper.

Candidates must comfortably work in night Shifts and Work from Office.

Candidates should be ready to join immediately.

Experience in Billing and Sales. Preferably into the Telecom Industry.

Job Location: Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad

Working:- 5 Days ( Rotational Week off)

Both way Cab Facility
