- Willing to work in rotational shifts - predominantly night shift
- Basic technical skills
- Experience in Sales will be a plus
Fresher - 2.8- 3L
Tenured - Max is 3.6L
Work from office only
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support via Voice:

Provide clear and concise assistance to customers via phone calls, resolving inquiries related to products or services.

Assist international customers by offering solutions to technical problems, product queries, and service-related issues.

Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Product Knowledge and Troubleshooting:

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products, services, and policies to accurately respond to customer queries.

Provide step-by-step guidance to customers on how to troubleshoot and resolve issues over the phone.

Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate team or department while ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.

Documentation and Reporting:

Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM or support software.

Track customer feedback and suggestions to improve service quality.

Maintain customer records and update relevant details to ensure consistent and personalized service.

International Client Handling:

Communicate effectively with customers from diverse cultural backgrounds and ensure their needs are met.

Handle calls across different time zones, ensuring that customers are assisted in a timely and effective manner.

Understand the specific preferences and nuances of international customers and adjust communication style accordingly.

Customer Retention and Satisfaction:

Strive to enhance the customer experience and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing effective and empathetic support.

Offer customers relevant upsell or cross-sell opportunities where applicable.

Ensure that service standards and SLAs (Service Level Agreements) are consistently met.
