Job Description

Job Title : IPQC PCBA Assistant Engineer

Experience : 2-6 Years

Reports to (Job) : Quality Manager

Location : T Begur (Nelamangala) Bangalore Rural

The IPQC PCBA Assistant Engineer is responsible for leading day-to-day quality control in PCBA production Line to ensuring that PCBA production quality metrics should met. The IPQC PCBA Assistant Engineer will focus on Record & report the issues, Support for the process improvement, Identify the product defects & prevention, employee training.

Responsibilities and Essential Functions

 PCBA Production Line Setup o Tool / equipment setup verification (e. g. SUT -Set Up Tables , ESD controls, etc.)

o SOP setup and verification o Material setup verification

o Ensure operators are certified for respective roles / Stages

 Monitor Quality of Output o Identify issues / corrective actions on a real-time basis o Ensure corrective actions are completed on a timely basis o Preparing the First article inspection (FAI) report for each new product order

o Given clarification for SMT & THT components o IQC check for the PCBA line components.

 Issue Resolution Manage/escalate issues impacting team and communicate to: o Peer IPQC technicians o Leaders o Supervisor

 Continuous Improvement / 5S Leadership Work with extended team to identify and execute process improvements / 5S actions

Education

 Technical education (Diploma /B.E -Electrical or Electronics with EMS /Testing background Experience

 Experience with 2-6 Years related PCBA Testing and Quality inspection and control. Knowledges & Skills

 Technical knowledge / Planning and Organizational skills

 Must have knowledge about ICPA-610

 Knowledge about Conformal coating process

 Knowledge about SMT / THT Process

 Knowledge about ESD

 Knowledge about Reflow & Wave soldering process.
