Job Description
You will serve as a key member of the IT department and provides an essential service to the business continuity.
Install network and computer system
Maintain, repair and upgrade the operating system including hardware and software in desk tops and Laptops
Monitor the performance of existing computer systems and IT infrastructures
To assess present network serves, operating systems and security layer
To upgrade hardware and software programs
To install and implement effective security systems
To perform data backup and recovery processes
To resolve issues with systems and programs
Maintain the company Websites and maintain their renewals
Manage and maintain the video conferencing system
It essential that one should have strong inter, organizational and problem resolving expertise.
Understanding and knowledge of all feature of project management, such as costing and scheduling, along with strong time management skills
Understanding of Cloud Infrastructure management
Knowledge of setting up the unification or customization of client operating systems, email servers, firewalls, and internet.
Manage all servers, network equipment, and other related IT infrastructure
To help staffs with basic needs of contains setting up new computers / laptops and running backup, security, and passwords.
Collecting the Quotations and Purchase the IT Equipment’s
Maintain the licenses and their renewals
Understanding of VM Ware Certified professional, Manage e-mail security systems and collaboration platforms
