Job Description

Job Title: IT HR Recruiter and Specialist
Location: Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida
Job Type: Full-Time

We are looking for experienced IT HR Recruiter and Specialist to help us attract top talent and foster a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and other professional networks.
Conduct technical screenings and evaluate candidate qualifications.
Manage the offer process, including negotiations and onboarding coordination.
Maintain and optimize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.

Support HR operations, including onboarding, employee engagement, and talent management.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Collaborate with leadership on performance management and career development initiatives.
Provide HR support for IT teams, addressing their specific needs and challenges.
Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in IT recruitment or HR, preferably in the tech industry.
Strong understanding of technical roles and IT terminology.
Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS, and HR management systems.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
[Optional] Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
