Position: IT Manager- B2B Lead Generation Domain

Requirement:

3+ years of experience in related field
Experience in information technology space and solving various software and hardware problems
Supporting IT and Admin procurement and Managing the assets
Strong technical problem solving.
One must have expertise in Windows, Firewall, OS Server, PBX, VOIP, VMware.
User/Group Administration: Adding a New User Account, Modifying/Deleting User Account, Locking and Unlocking user accounts and Application Troubleshooting.
Windows Administration, TCP/IP Network Troubleshooting Server hardware planning & implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance
Front and Back end support in client and customer queries ISP related issues
