We are looking for a skilled IT Recruiter to join our HR team. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent, including developers, engineers, and other technical roles, ensuring we meet the growing needs of our IT department.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles.

Track recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring processes.
Qualifications:
1-8 years of experience recruiting for IT roles.

Proficiency with ATS systems and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
