Candidate will be taken for training in IT recruitment and based on performance they will be taken in to our payroll. Candidate should source profiles from portals and go through complete process of recruitment. There will be no salary during training period.

Keep track of applicants at every stage and follow up.
Create new leads by participating in tech conferences and meetups.
Send job offer letters and complete paperwork.
Assist with providing a positive onboarding experience.
Keep a record of job responsibilities through job analyses.
