Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Recruiter to join our team. The recruiter will specialize in sourcing and placing top-tier IT talent for Prime Vendors, Tier 1 Vendors, and Direct Clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IT recruitment lifecycle and the ability to handle high-volume hiring in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing:

Source qualified IT candidates using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.), LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future job openings.
Leverage social networks and professional groups to reach potential candidates.

Client Relationship Management:

Work closely with Prime Vendors, Tier 1 Vendors, and Direct Clients to understand job requirements and deliver the best-fit candidates.
Act as a liaison between clients and candidates to ensure seamless communication.

Full-Cycle Recruitment:

Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
Conduct initial screenings, technical assessments, and coordinate client interviews.
Negotiate pay rates and contract terms with candidates and vendors.

Documentation & Compliance:

Ensure all documentation, including work authorization, is accurate and complies with legal and client requirements.
Familiarity with H1-B, OPT, CPT, EAD, GC, and USC hiring processes.

Database Management:

Maintain accurate and updated records of candidates and job requirements using ATS or CRM tools.

Recruitment Metrics:

Track and report recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and client satisfaction.

Key Skills and Qualifications

Experience:
- 2+ years of IT recruiting experience, preferably with Prime Vendors, Tier 1 Vendors, or Direct Clients.
Technical Knowledge:
- Familiarity with IT roles and technologies, including software development, infrastructure, cloud, data science, etc.
Tools:
- Proficiency in ATS, MS Office, and job portals like Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
