Job Position: Trainee -IT recruiter
Job Responsibilities:
- He/she will be responsible for keywords generation and sourcing resumes of H1B Visa holder, GC in US market
- Analyze the consultant resume and understand the skill set and check the market need.
- He/she should Screen them to match the client and Vendor requirements.
- Negotiate with candidates, extend offers, negotiate compensation and facilitate the placement of candidates.
- Responsible for increasing number of qualified applicants in database.
- He/she will get an modified resume and skill matrix of the consultant before sending it to the client and vendor requirements
- He/She will be responsible to achive the daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly targets
- He/she will make sure the quality of our company standards during recruitmnet are met.
Job Requirement:
- Should have understanding on Software technologies. An UG degree with technical background will be preferred for this role.
- Should have a high degree of learning and grasping skills to perform this role.
- Should be a strong communicator in English and should possess strong negotiation and convincing skills to perform this role.
- Should have an aggressive attitude to recruit people and achieve targets
- Should be willing to work in US timing.
