Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Source resumes from diverse channels including job boards, and compile a shortlist of potential qualified candidates
2. Engage with potential qualified candidates and evaluate them through a phone screening process
3. Present vetted candidates, who meet the qualifications, to the end client for consideration

Requirements:

1. Any graduates are eligible
2. Aspiring candidates looking to build a career in HR
3. Excellent communication skills are a must
4. Willingness to work night shifts with fixed timing and week-offs
5. Demonstrated interest in HR functions and a strong commitment to learning and growth
