Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

· Sales Strategy Development:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to refine sales approaches.

· Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

Identify and engage with potential clients through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand client business challenges and propose appropriate infrastructure solutions.

· Solution Selling:

Present and demonstrate the value of the company's infrastructure solutions to clients.
Customize sales proposals and presentations based on client needs and objectives.
Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve sales quotas.

· Collaboration and Coordination:

Work closely with the technical team to ensure a deep understanding of the products and services offered.
Collaborate with the project management team to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction.

· Reporting and Analysis:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline data in the CRM system.
Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

· Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

· Experience:

1-2 years of Sales experience in Technology industry (Freshers can apply)

· Skills:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand and articulate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in using Microsoft office tools.

· Attributes:

Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Willingness to travel as needed.
