Job Description
- Joining Time: Immediate
- Skills sets needed: We would look for excellent communication skills – Verbal & written, spunk, commitment and optimistic attitude.
- Resolving technical issues (hardware and OS) from incoming internal or external businesses and end user's contacts and proactive notification system
- Providing excellent customer service support to Global customers during every single interaction
- Assisting end users to avoid or reduce problem occurrences
- Adding case resolution to Knowledge Management System
- Engaging support as needed to ensure SLA demands are met
- Responding to service, product, technical, and customer relations questions on subjects such as features, specifications, and repairs on current and discontinued products, parts, and options, based on customer entitlement (warranty through mission critical).
- Bachelor's Degree in any stream.
- Excellent Communication skills: The role requires daily coordination with Technical Team leads, Operations Managers.
- Requires engineers to work in any shift based on their alignment towards the specific region.
- Functional / Behavioural skill set: Positive attitude, flexible, aggressive, good communication skills, extrovert, inquisitive, team player, enthusiastic, active listener, learning attitude.
