We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in serverless architecture, microservices, API integration, and SQL, with hands-on development experience. This role also requires minimal experience or knowledge of Golang, with a willingness to learn and work with Golang technology.
Key Responsibilities:
· 9+ years of experience in software development with a focus on Java, including significant architectural experience in projects.
· Lead the architectural design and implementation of robust, scalable, and high performance serverless applications.
· Design and implement microservices based solutions using Java and related technologies.
· Develop and integrate APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality across various systems.
· Design and manage SQL databases, optimizing performance and ensuring data integrity.
· Utilize AWS cloud services to deploy, manage, and scale applications, ensuring high availability and reliability.
· Demonstrate a willingness to learn and integrate Golang into our technology stack, with minimal existing experience.
· Engage in hands on coding and development, setting standards for coding practices and reviewing code to ensure quality and efficiency.
· Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative development environment.
· Oversee project timelines, ensuring milestones are met and projects are delivered on time and within scope.
· Work closely with cross functional teams, including product managers, QA, and operations, to deliver high quality software solutions.
Technical Skills:
· Proficiency in Java, serverless architecture, and microservices.
· Strong experience with API integration and SQL database management.
· Experience with AWS cloud services.
· Minimal experience or knowledge of Golang, with an openness to learn and work with Golang technology.
· Proven hands-on development experience, with a track record of delivering high quality code.
· Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with experience leading technical teams.
· Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and design innovative solutions.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Certifications: AWS certifications or other relevant technical certifications.
· Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile development methodologies.
