VACANCY FOR GRADUATE ENGINEERING FRESHERS IN MNC PROFILE.
LOCATION: PUNE.
QUALIFICATION: B.E OR B.TECH WITH 70% PLUS AGGREGATE.B.E/B.Tech 2023-24 ENGINEERING GRADUATE FRESHERS PREFERRED. (COMPUTER SCIENCE/IT BRANCH PREFERRED.)

Key Responsibilities
Application Development:
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Java code.
- Design, develop, and deploy new features and applications using Java and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Collaboration & Agile Practices:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (including product managers, designers, and other developers) to gather requirements and deliver quality software.
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate in code reviews and pair programming sessions to maintain coding standards and share knowledge.
Troubleshooting & Maintenance:
- Debug and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Optimize application performance and ensure system scalability.
- Develop and execute unit tests and participate in automated testing efforts.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Recommend improvements to system architecture and development processes.
- Contribute to technical documentation and best practices.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality software.
