We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Java Developer with 1-3 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based applications. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills and a passion for coding, problem-solving, and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable Java applications.

Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, including requirement gathering, analysis, coding, testing, and deployment.

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.

Debug and resolve technical issues in the application.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.

Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Java development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

1-3 years of experience in Java development.

Strong knowledge of Core Java, OOP principles, and design patterns.

Hands-on experience with Java frameworks like Spring, Spring Boot, or Hibernate.

Proficiency in working with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) and writing SQL queries.

Experience with build tools like Maven or Gradle.

Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration.

Basic understanding of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (optional but preferred).

Knowledge of version control tools (e.g., Git).

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
