Job Description

Responsibilities:

Invoicing – Using ZOHO (which is simple automated), Sending it to clients, follow up with clients on receiving and tracking, payment follow ups, reconciliation.

Credit note – issue CN and its effect on other accounting

Payments – bill updates, payment follow up, reconciliation.

Accounts Maintenance – All transactions are online or through card, no cash transaction involved

Maintaining data of interns

Should be ready to take over other tasks as well.

Key skills required:

1. Complete understanding of maintaining accounts for a small company.

2. Very good knowledge of accounting software. Tally is ok, but we are using online tool ZOHO which is easy to learn and use if you have clear concepts of accounting

3. Good communication skill (spoken English) to interact with clients for payment follow ups with patience yet firm.

4. Should have basic knowledge of Excel and GST.
