Responsibilities:

Financial Record Keeping: You will be responsible for maintaining and updating our financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and transaction records.

Data Entry and Analysis: Your role will involve data entry tasks, such as inputting financial information into accounting software and analyzing financial data to identify discrepancies.

Account Reconciliation: You will assist in reconciling various financial accounts, ensuring their accuracy and resolving any discrepancies found during the process.

Reporting: You'll play a crucial part in generating basic financial reports, such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to support our financial reporting needs.

Compliance: Ensuring compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and company policies will be an important aspect of your role, including assisting with audit and tax return preparations.

Administrative Support: You'll provide essential administrative support to our finance department, including document filing, record management, and data organization.
