Job Description

Administrative tasks: Answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing mail
Clerical tasks: Maintaining records, handling correspondence, and data entry
Supporting other departments: Assisting with scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and providing administrative support
Financial tasks: Processing bills, payroll, and statutory compliances
Legal tasks: Preparing legal documentation, following up on cases, and liaising with other departments
Material management tasks: Assisting with tendering, e-procurement, and maintaining inventor
Financial record management: Maintain accurate financial records and ensure that all transactions are properly recorded
Reconciling accounts: Balance bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, and resolve inconsistencies
Preparing financial reports: Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements
Assisting with audits: Provide relevant documents to auditors and ensure that all financial records are in order
Ensuring compliance: Ensure that the company complies with financial regulations and tax laws
Preparing budgets: Prepare quarterly budgets under the guidance of senior management
Supporting staff services: Assist with travel, expense claims, and document retrieval
