Record Keeping:

- Post journal entries and reconcile accounts.

- Support the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.

- Help ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
Data Entry:
- Enter financial data into accounting software or spreadsheets.
- Verify accuracy of data entered and resolve discrepancies.
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the accounting department.
- Assist with documentation and filing as needed.
Communication:
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding financial matters.
- Respond to inquiries and provide information as required.
