Junior Admin
Role and responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors and guests, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate offices or personnel.
- Timely response to calls and emails, either addressing inquiries personally according to SOP or redirecting them to relevant departments.
- Handle all queries professionally, adhering to established Standard Operating Procedures.
- Maintain detailed records of visitors and calls while adhering to security protocols.
- Supervise office staff and oversee office systems to ensure smooth coordination of operations.
- Facilitate travel arrangements for C-suite and Executive-level staff from start to finish.
- Organize and streamline office processes, including payroll assistance, expense reporting, correspondence management, and HR support.
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs, ensuring a conducive work environment for all employees.
Requirements:
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficiency in time-management and multitasking, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
· Strong aptitude for office applications and willingness to learn new software and systems.
· Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of company information.
· Bachelor's or associate's degree (or equivalent qualification).
· Previous experience in managing budgets, expenses, and developing internal processes and filing systems is preferred.
