Job Description

Looking for female for Architecture designing and drafting, construction drawing (i.e. Plan, Elevation, sections, working drawings, center line drawing) and MEP drawing and drafting. Also, need proficiency on sketchup and rendering work.

Responsibilities:

Developing design concepts and presenting them to clients

Preparing detailed drawings for construction and design documents

Creating 3D models and renderings of proposed designs

Collaborating with other architects, engineers, and contractors

Assisting in the selection of materials and finishes

Conducting site visits and inspections

Researching building codes and regulations

Developing cost estimates and budgets

Preparing presentations and reports

Participating in client meetings

Assisting in the preparation of construction documents and specifications
