We need a proficient Junior Architect to join our team! In this position, you will be responsible for planning and designing buildings while keeping in mind the needs of the project.

Responsibilities:

Create detailed plans for the construction project.
Present drawings and plans for approval.
Perform feasibility reports and ensure the building is in compliance with local rules and regulations.
Assist in creating architectural designs and drawings using CAD software
Collaborate with senior architects to refine design concepts
Prepare construction documents, including blueprints and specifications
Conduct site visits to assess project requirements
Research and analyze relevant building codes and regulations
Assist in client meetings and presentations
Participate in project coordination and communication with contractors and consultants
Contribute to design reviews and provide constructive feedback
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in architectural techniques
