Job Description

Freshers ,Junior architect with 1-2 yrs of experience , with cad, sketchup, photoshop skills are reqd. Good communication skills to be part of the resume. Candidates residing within 5 kms of rr nagar are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Architectural Design & Drafting:
- Assist in the creation of architectural designs and concepts under the guidance of senior architects.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings and technical documents using AutoCAD.
- Develop 3D models and visualizations using SketchUp to present design concepts.
- Prepare presentation drawings and renderings using Photoshop for project proposals and client meetings.
- Ensure all designs meet building codes, regulations, and project specifications.
Collaboration & Team Support:
- Collaborate with the design team to develop creative solutions for various architectural challenges.
- Support senior architects in the preparation of design documents, specifications, and other project materials.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions, offering design ideas and feedback.
- Assist in site visits to ensure designs align with site conditions and construction processes.
Research & Documentation:
- Conduct research on building materials, construction techniques, and sustainable design practices.
- Assist with preparing project reports and documentation for permit applications and construction approvals.
- Organize and maintain project files, ensuring that design changes are properly documented and updated.
Rendering & Visualization:
- Create high-quality renderings and visual presentations using Photoshop, SketchUp, or other design tools.
- Develop conceptual design models and presentations to communicate design ideas to clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare architectural visualizations to help clients and project teams understand the spatial experience and design aesthetics.
Client Interaction & Presentations:
- Assist in presenting design concepts and updates to clients, gathering feedback, and making necessary revisions.
- Provide design support during client meetings and help explain design concepts and technical details.
