Role: Junior Bench Sales Recruiter

Job Purpose:
We are seeking a Junior Bench Sales Recruiter to contribute to our talent acquisition efforts. The primary responsibilities of this role include developing and updating job descriptions and specifications on job portals and social media platforms, sourcing candidates, and placing them on projects with clients or Tier 1 staffing agencies in the US. The Junior Bench Sales Recruiter should be adept at conducting interviews and screening candidates for open positions.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word).
3. Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
4. Self-motivated and disciplined to work with limited supervision.
5. Openness to working night shifts and meeting targets.
6. Responsible for searching and recruiting candidates across various skill sets as per job specifications.
7. Record all candidate submissions and interviews, maintaining progress tracking for each candidate.
8. Apply on various job portals such as Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Tech Fetch, Zip Recruiter, and others.
9. Collect feedback from vendors regarding submitted resumes and interview outcomes.
10. Education: Any Graduate / Post Graduate.
11. Experience: A minimum of 6 months of experience in any field or entry-level candidates with no prior experience.
