Designation: Junior Business Analyst
We are looking for an Junior Business Analyst
Requirement:
- Responsible for functional requirement provided by customer and delivering the same from IT team.
- Creating, updating and maintaining details Software requirement Specification.
- Providing feedback to IT team on improvement in terms of usability & simplifying process.
- Communicating release to client an seeking approval from customer during release.
- Maintaining up to date change tracker/requirement tracker.
- Presenting to management current status, pending activities, changes requested from client.
- Presenting monthly, Periodic project status to management.
- Training on product to customer or Client.
- Understands Domain very well.
- Ensuring no rework due to requirement mismatch.
- Clarifying any doubts raised by IT team in co-ordination with SME or customer.
- Reviewing changes done by IT team and ensuring same is in line/as expected by customer.
- Performs detailed requirement analyst.
- Communicates with client to understand customer requirement.
- Documents requirement clearly, completely and understandably.
- Acts as liaison between business and IT.
