Location: Bangalore
Education: Minimum Graduate
Shifts: Rotational shifts with rotational week offs
Role & responsibilities -
- Continuously monitor alarms, CCTV, news, and alerts to identify security risks and respond promptly to incidents.
- Handle Command Centre calls, interact with employees, visitors, and officials, and maintain updated contact records for all sites.
- Maintain detailed incident reports, security logs, and risk assessments to support business continuity and compliance.
- Process Improvement: Assist in refining monitoring protocols and implementing best practices for enhanced security.
- Threat Intelligence: Stay updated on global security developments, cyber threats, and geopolitical risks.
- Collaboration: Work closely with security teams, law enforcement, and intelligence analysts to share critical insights.
- Data Analysis: Gather and analyze security-related information to assess potential threats.
Preferred candidate profile - Good communication skills in English and Hindi
Familiarity with CCTV surveillance systems, security alarms, and intelligence platforms.
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to real-time security threats.
Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
