Job Description of Business Development/Campaign manager/Key Account Manager
- We are looking at young and Dynamic Self Starter individuals who will be a part of our Business Development Team.
Location:
- Andheri West, Near Fun Republic Cinema, Mumbai.
Lines of Reporting:
- Reports to Sr. Business Development Manager: Crowdfunding and will work closely with the Directors.
Roles and Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be a part of the entire Sales cycles of the Client.
Onboarding & Managing the Clients on the Ketto Platform
- Identify and get in touch with the potential partners and campaigners
- On board new NGO’s/Corporates/Social Enterprises by cold callings, email marketing.
- Help them to create campaigns and identify attractive programs for Fund Raising.
- Set-up partnership for Online and Off line Events.
CRM: A Donor Management Software
- Identify and give presentation to the existing and new customers.
- Cold callings and pitching for the software.
- Conduct research, survey’s, on-site visit and do competitive analysis.
Client Servicing & Retention:
- Relationship building with the NGO’s who are on board with us and also with the new NGO’s
- Retention of the NGO’s.
- Client Servicing.
- Participate in efforts to increase the number of campaign creators
- Organize and attend meetings with NGO’s /Non-Profits/Corporates/Social Enterprise to provide guidance to make campaign successful.
Compliance:
- Verifying the Documents and uploading the same on the Online Portal.
- Handle external and internal communications and facilitate legal and licensing agreements with partners as needed.
- Timely ensure that amount reaches to the NGO’s within the time frame as promised.
Experience and Qualifications:
The candidate is expected to possess the following:
- Experience of securing funding for charitable or NGO activities from a variety of funding streams (desired)
- Total work experience of 1-5 years; exposure to the social sector / directly in an NGO (preferred)
- Experience in hospitality/media/ BFSI in a sales / relationship mgt. role (desired).
- Have good presentation skills and be able to convince potential clients.
- Graduate of any discipline. Preferable MBA or MA in Social Entrepreneurship/Social Work.
- Strong written and oral skills.
- Ability to research on campaigns and work under tight deadlines
- Understanding and experience in campaigning through internet mobilization, emails, engagement driven activities etc.
- An aptitude to work with a technology driven set up with a deep understanding of contributor/campaigner analytics.
