Job Description

Job Role and Responsibilities :
· Offer remote/online tech support to customers who have fingerprint readers, RFID scanners, face-recognition devices, etc.

· Give training to customers about these hardware devices and their functions with our HR software

· Connect diverse range of attendance devices with our desktop-based software and cloud software.

· Test And debug our attendance applications, coordinate with tech team to resolve technical issues

· Troubleshoot issues faced by customers, prioritize support tickets based on urgency

· Build a rapport / professional relationship with client points-of-contacts, ensure customer satisfaction

· Coordinate with internal teams like tech team, sales team and finance teams to ensure your work is done
