Job Description
Job Title: L1 Sales Executive
Location: Kharadi, Pune
Salary: ₹28,500 CTC to ₹40,000
Shift: Rotational Shift (Day shift for females until 9 PM; Rotational for males)
We are looking for a Sales Executive (L1) with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. The ideal candidate should be Veti 6 certified, fluent in English and Hindi, and capable of handling customer interactions effectively. Candidates with insurance experience and strong sales acumen will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with customers and provide relevant sales solutions.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and relationship management.
- Meet and exceed sales targets within assigned deadlines.
- Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions.
- Work in rotational shifts as per company requirements.
- Certification: Veti 6 certification is mandatory.
- Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English and Hindi skills. No Mother Tongue Influence (MTI) or Regional Tongue Influence (RTI), and no grammatical or pronunciation errors.
- Education: Graduate in any field.
- Writing Skills: Strong Hindi writing skills are essential.
- Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
- Preferred: Candidates with insurance experience and strong sales skills.
