Job Description
Designation: L1 Support Engineer
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduation is mandatory OR 10 + 3 Year of Diploma is acceptable.
- Fresher’s OR 6 months to 4 years of experiences
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting routers and hubs and resolving technical queries for international customers via phone
- Provide L1-support for home Networking devices, printers, PC, windows related issues
- Knowledge in installing OS and connected peripheral like Routers, Printers Drivers
- Flexible to work in Night shifts with rotational weekly off’s.
Skills Required:
- Good communication is a must
- willing to work in night shifts ( US Shifts )
Salary Budget:
- Netgear(International Voice process + Sales): 2.8 LPA to 3.08 LPA
- Roku (international Voice): 2.6 LPA to 2.8 LPA
Note:
- Door Step picks and Drop is available.
- The cab is chargeable.
