Job Title: Language Trainer
Location: Noida
Position Type: [Full-Time/Part-Time/Contract]
Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Language Trainer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will deliver engaging language instruction, develop tailored curricula, and support students in achieving their language learning goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct language classes for various levels, including beginners to advanced learners.
- Design and implement engaging lesson plans and materials that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and interaction.
- Collaborate with other instructors to enhance the overall language program.
- Stay updated on language teaching methodologies and best practices.
- Provide support for students outside of class, including answering questions and offering additional resources.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Language Education, Linguistics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a language instructor or trainer, with expertise in language.
- Strong understanding of language acquisition theories and teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and engage students from diverse backgrounds.
- Certification in language teaching is a plus.
