Position: Laptop Repair Technician
Location: Chennai (Office-based with some field work within Chennai)
Job Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 9:30 PM (Sunday Off)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,500 (Based on Skill & Experience) + Incentives for Laptop Sales
Job Description:
Lap Store is looking for a skilled Laptop Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in laptop refurbishing, repair, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Repair & Refurbish Laptops to make them ready for sale.
- OS Installation (Windows/Linux/macOS) and basic software setup.
- Fast Panel Assembling & Spare Part Replacement.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
- Provide online support using AnyDesk or similar tools.
- Configure Outlook and assist with email setup.
- Occasionally handle on-site field work within Chennai.
Requirements:
- Experience & Skill are more important than qualifications.
- Strong knowledge of laptop hardware repair, troubleshooting, and software setup.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with remote support tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, etc.).
- Sales skills are a plus (incentives provided for selling laptops).
