Key Responsibilities:
1. Legal Research:

Conduct in-depth research on statutes, case laws, regulations, and legal precedents.

Summarize findings to support ongoing cases or legal opinions.

Stay updated on recent legal developments, judgments, and amendments.
2. Drafting & Documentation:

Assist in drafting legal documents such as contracts, affidavits, notices, and petitions.

Help prepare legal memos, case briefs, and client letters.

Organize and review legal documents for accuracy and completeness.
3. Case Preparation:

Support lawyers in preparing case files, indexing documents, and organizing exhibits.

Attend client meetings or court hearings (as allowed) and take notes.

Maintain case records and assist in filing procedures.
4. Administrative Support:

Schedule client appointments, court appearances, or internal meetings.

Maintain documentation databases and update files as necessary.
-
Assist in organizing legal files, both physical and digital.
5. Court Visits (if applicable):

Attend court hearings or tribunals with seniors to observe legal proceedings.

Understand court etiquette, filing procedures, and interaction with clients or advocates.
