About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
We are looking for candidates who have passed their LLB or equivalent and have experience of more than 1 year. Below mentioned are their day-to-day workings -
1. Assisting in other legal matters, drafting the legal documentation
2. Coordinating with senior council members occasionally
3. Preparing company collateral/paperwork creating and maintaining documentation/filing, assisting with other administrative work, if required
4. Visiting client office for detailed discussions and preparation of legal framework
5. Assisting with tendering/ documentation
Note:
1. We are looking for someone for our office in Vile Parle East/Juhu This is not working from home, please apply only if you can travel to the office daily
2. Stipend will vary as per experience and can be negotiated; we are looking for long-term association
