Job Description
A Day on The Job Looks Like This
- Work with large datasets and organize, clean, and analyze data in Excel.
- Utilize Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF statements, Charts, Conditional Formatting, etc.) for data processing.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and summaries based on project requirements.
- Communicate findings and updates in basic English via email, chat, or documentation.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data analysis and reporting.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of reports.
Qualifications
Got the skills and experience? Here’s what we’re looking for:
- 1+ years of analytics experience with a proven track record of success with data, analytics, and reporting
- Yardi/Timberline (Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate) experience – Ideal but not a must
- CA Inter pursuing/cleared – Ideal but not a must
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, Pivot Tables, data validation, etc.). -MUST
- Basic English reading and writing skills for communication.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data trends.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle repetitive tasks with accuracy.
- Prior experience in data analysis or report generation is a plus.
