Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Automotive Technician to join our elite team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of all car maintenance and repair procedures, including bodyshop work. This individual will lead our team of technicians, manage repair processes, and ensure vehicles are road-ready. Excellent communication skills and a minimum of 7 years of experience in the industry are required.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive car maintenance and repair tasks.
Lead and supervise a team of technicians, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service.
Oversee bodyshop work, including dent repair, painting, and frame alignment.
Ensure all vehicles are thoroughly inspected and road-ready.
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their service needs and keep them informed about their vehicle's status.
Coordinate the scheduling and tracking of repair work.
Manage billing processes and ensure accurate invoicing.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 years of experience as an Automotive Technician, with a strong background in bodyshop work.
Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong knowledge of car maintenance, repairs, and diagnostic procedures.
Ability to handle billing and administrative tasks efficiently.
ASE certification or equivalent is preferred.
