We are seeking a motivated and communicative Lead Conversion Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling fresh leads daily, converting them into satisfied clients, and maintaining ongoing relationships. The position offers flexible working hours, but requires availability to respond to leads promptly to maximize conversion opportunities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Lead Management:** Receive and manage approximately 5 leads daily (this number may vary).- **Immediate Response:** Contact leads as soon as they are received to increase conversion chances.
- **Communication:** Utilize excellent communication skills to build rapport and trust with potential clients.-
**Client Nurturing:** Follow up with leads through WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- **Service Excellence:** Provide detailed information about our services, answer questions, and address concerns.
- **Data Management:** Maintain accurate records of all communications and client information in Excel and other tools.
- **Template Design:** Create and use follow-up messages and other communication templates to streamline the process.
- **Reporting:** Keep track of conversion rates and report on lead status and outcomes.
**Compensation:**
- **Base Salary:** This role offers a lower base salary or potentially no fixed salary.
- **Incentives:** Earn incentives for each conversion, ranging from ₹2,000 to ₹5,000 per successful lead conversion.
- **Potential Earnings:** With approximately 100 leads per month, converting just 10% can result in earnings of ₹25,000 to ₹60,000 monthly.
**Qualifications:**
- **Strong Communication Skills:** Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with clients.
- **Self-Motivated:** Capable of working independently and managing time efficiently.
- **Organizational Skills:** Proficiency in maintaining data, creating templates, and managing communication records.
