We are an experienced, fast-growing startup looking for a Lead Designer to play a key role in shaping our creative projects. You’ll work across diverse design areas, including mockups, portfolio items, social media posts, email designs, and more, primarily using tools like Figma and Adobe XD.
This position is ideal for someone with 1.5–2.5 years of experience who understands user journeys, user flows, and can transform briefs into compelling designs. While experience with HTML is a plus, skill and creativity in design are our top priorities.
Initially, this will be a full-time role from the office to establish sync and collaboration, but after a few months, the position can transition to remote, allowing you to work flexibly from your own location and machine while contributing to exciting and impactful design initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather and evaluate user requirements.
• Create and present drafts, mockups, and polished designs to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces, including menus, tabs, and widgets.
• Troubleshoot and refine designs for responsiveness and usability.
• Follow style standards for fonts, colors, and imagery.
• Develop storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to communicate design ideas.
• Craft engaging social media posts to enhance brand presence.
• Adjust layouts and designs based on user feedback and testing.
• Analyze customer behavior to inform design decisions.
• Contribute to content development strategies for a variety of projects.
