Job Description

As a Lead Flutter Developer, you will spearhead our Flutter development projects, leveraging your deep expertise in Dart, Clean Architecture, and GetX to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient mobile applications. You will be responsible for leading a team of developers, architecting robust solutions, and ensuring the seamless execution of our app development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Lead and mentor a team of Flutter developers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.

2.Design, build, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable Flutter code.

3.Implement and uphold Clean Architecture principles and practices to ensure the quality and maintainability of code.

4.Utilize GetX for state management and dependency injection to create efficient and scalable applications.

5.Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define, design, and ship new features.

6.Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance and user experience.

7.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development practices.

Requirements:
1.Proven experience of 5+ years in Flutter development with a strong portfolio of mobile applications.

2.Expertise in Dart programming language and Flutter framework.

3.In-depth knowledge of Clean Architecture principles and best practices.

4.Hands-on experience with GetX for state management and dependency injection.

5.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

6.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

7.Immediate availability or within a 15-day notice period is preferred.
