Job Description
Department: Sales/Marketing
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement lead generation strategies to identify and attract potential Insurance & Mutual funds clients.
Utilize various channels, including digital marketing, social media, referrals, and industry events, to generate leads.
Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up.
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through consistent communication and follow-up.
Address client inquiries, provide information about insurance products, and schedule consultations with sales representatives.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives.
Track and report on lead generation metrics, including lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve lead generation efforts.
Skills & Requirements:
Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and tools.
Communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
Any Graduate or a related field is preferred.
