Job Overview:
DDM Media Solution is actively seeking motivated individuals, including
entry-level candidates, to join our dynamic team as Lead Generation Executive.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our client base by
identifying and qualifying potential leads for our innovative lead generation
services. While experience is valued, we welcome freshers who possess basic
computer knowledge and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Research:
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients
and industry trends.
Utilize various channels, including online research, networking, and cold
calling, to generate high-quality leads.
Lead Qualification:
Engage with prospects to understand their unique needs and
qualify them as potential clients.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of
qualified leads.
Database Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and client interactions in our CRM system.
Communication:
Clearly and effectively communicate DDM Media Solution's value
proposition to potential clients.
Schedule appointments and calls for the sales team based on qualified leads.
Performance Metrics:
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and qualification.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Basic computer knowledge is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools is a plus.
