Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, generating, and nurturing new business leads through various channels to support the company’s sales pipeline. This role is critical in helping the organization reach its sales and growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:Lead Research & Identification:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and key decision-makers within target industries.
- Utilize various tools (LinkedIn, databases, cold calling, email campaigns, etc.) to generate quality leads.
Data Management:
- Maintain accurate records of all lead generation activities in the CRM system.
- Regularly update and manage the lead database for future outreach and engagement.
Cold Outreach:
- Engage with potential leads through cold calling, emails, and social media outreach.
- Qualify leads based on set criteria to determine their potential for conversion into sales opportunities.
Nurturing Leads:
- Develop relationships with prospects by understanding their needs, challenges, and objectives.
- Educate leads on company products or services and how they can benefit from them.
- Follow up with leads regularly to move them through the sales funnel.
Collaborate with Sales & Marketing Teams:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation activities with overall business goals.
- Provide feedback and insights to the marketing team on campaign effectiveness and lead quality.
Achieve KPIs:
- Meet or exceed lead generation targets and quotas.
- Track and report on the progress of lead generation efforts and pipeline development.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or inside sales.
- Proven track record of generating qualified leads and achieving targets.
- Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients over phone and email.
- Tech-Savvy:
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation tools.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Problem-Solving Skills:
- Ability to think creatively to identify and solve challenges in the lead generation process.
- Self-Motivated:
- Goal-oriented, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence in follow-ups.
