Job Description

Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Minimum Requirement:

Good Communication Skills
Good Problem-solving skills over the call
High energy level
Fluent in English

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Research & Identify Leads – Find potential customers through online research, databases, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
✅ Cold Calling & Email Outreach – Engage with prospects via phone calls, emails, and social media.
✅ Lead Qualification – Assess potential leads based on company requirements and customer interest.
✅ CRM Management – Maintain and update lead details in the CRM system.
✅ Follow-Up & Nurturing – Maintain relationships with prospects and move them through the sales pipeline.
✅ Coordinate with Sales Team – Handoff qualified leads to the sales department for conversion.
✅ Achieve Weekly/Monthly Targets – Meet lead generation and appointment-setting goals.
