Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies and campaigns to attract potential customers through various digital marketing channels.
- Content Marketing: Create and distribute engaging content, including blogs, whitepapers, infographics, and social media posts, to drive traffic and generate leads.
- Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and convert them into customers.
- Social Media Marketing: Manage and grow social media accounts to engage with potential leads and drive traffic to the website.
- Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, and adjust strategies as needed to maximize results.
- Lead Nurturing: Develop and implement lead nurturing strategies to move leads through the sales funnel.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and up-to-date lead information.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation.
- Digital Marketing Tools: Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, HubSpot, Mailchimp, and CRM software.
- Content Creation: Strong writing and content creation skills.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with marketing team.
