This role entails managing end-to-end L&OD operations and supporting the L&OD /D&I Lead in driving the L&OD strategy/function.
1. Managing end-to-end learning program operations
- Tracking participation and data management
- Feedback collection and analysis
- Managing invites, participant queries, no-shows
- Co-ordinating learning sessions
2. Data & Vendor Management coordination
- L&OD data management and publishing the dashboard
- Vendor coordination
- Vendor identification for trainings/learning initiatives
3. Supporting training gap analysis
- Talking to stakeholders (managers and sr managers) to understand training gaps
- Survey initiation and response management
4. Communication
- Designing/coordinating training communications
5. Diversity and Inclusion
- Co-ordinating with ERGs to align and execute plan
- Keep track of ERG plans and deliverables
- Manage the ERG calendar by coordinating with ERG leads/ co-sponsors
6 Others
- Supporting Organization Development (OD) related projects/ initiatives
Additional work around one-off initiatives such as career week, learning/OD intervention
