Urgent Hiring: Linguist - AI Training and Evaluation
Salary - 50000 CTC
Work Location: Bengaluru, Koramangala
Languages: Punjabi, Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu

Overview:

A Linguist – AI Training and Evaluation plays a key role in enhancing AI language models by providing linguistic expertise, analyzing AI-generated outputs, and developing high-quality datasets. This role requires proficiency in linguistics, natural language processing (NLP), and language data annotation. Linguists work closely with data scientists, engineers, and AI researchers to improve machine learning models for speech recognition, translation, text generation, and sentiment analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop multilingual data for training large language models

- Evaluate NLP models and AI language models

- Apply SFT and RLHF techniques

- Perform model benchmarking and response evaluation

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

- Native-level fluency in one or more Indian languages

- Strong understanding of NLP, machine learning models, and LLMs

- Proven experience in evaluating AI models

- Attention to detail, data management, and analytical mindset

Qualifications:

- MA Literature/ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Linguistics, Language, or related field

- 2-3 years of experience in linguistics, NLP, or AI model evaluation
