Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Experience as a Linux Administrator in a production environment.
Advanced proficiency in administering Linux distributions such as Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), CentOS, or Ubuntu.
Strong understanding of Linux internals, filesystems, networking, and security concepts.
Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware vSphere or KVM/QEMU.
Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, Python, Perl) for automation and task scheduling.
Knowledge of security best practices and tools for securing Linux systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and end-users.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
Certifications such as Linux Professional Institute Certification (LPIC), Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE), or equivalent are a plus.
