Qualification: Any Graduate
Work Location: Chakala, Andheri(E) Mumbai
Roles& Responsibility:
1. Preparation of Monthly PSI of Local Items and sending final PO based final forecast quantity as reviewed by Asst. Logistic Manager / Logistic Manager / Respective Product GM's to Vendor
2. Preparation of Local Items PO (Government Orders / Private Orders) on receipt of PRS
(Purchase Requisition Slip) from respective Product and Department Heads. Regular follow
ups with respective Vendors based on final negotiation for timely delivery at respective
locations.
3. Follow-ups with respective Warehouse for GRN and timely Inward by Finance in System after verification.
4. Monitor Local Items Inventory Level and timely orders basis sales trend / demand to be given to respective Vendor / OEM.
5. Monthly Local Vendors / OEM comparison list to be shared with respective Department
Head
6. Preparing and sending Sales Order for approved Orders (Equipment / Dryfilm / DNP) from
Sales Co-Ordinator to Warehouse for Serial Number / LOT Number and confirming final
dispatch Order for Delivery Includes required necessary road permit / e-waybill again to
Warehouse after getting Invoice from Finance. Also to get final dispatch details from
Warehouse regularly and if any dispute to resolve it at earliest.
7. Sending shipping details to Dealers, Customers and Sales Team immediately on goods
dispatch and if any dispute or shortfall to resolve the same at earliest.
8. Local Software (Dongle) Stock Management and dispatch on billing and final confirmation
from Sales / Dealers
9. Monthly X-Ray Purchase / Sales Report to be shared to Medion Healthcare and respective
OEM.
10. Maintaining Proper files and records of all transactions for audit and future requirement.
11. Assisting Logistics Manager in preparation of MIS reports.
12. Assisting in preparing of MIS and internal and statutory auditors and others if any related
queries
